Merry Christmas and Happy Root Beer!

Wrapped up Xmas today! Phew! (months earlier than last year. . so I'm ahead of the game in my life.)

We made some super nice neighbor friends this year, and we found out we were all fans of  Not Your Father's Rootbeer. Have you tried it? Mmmm. I am not a fan of beer, but I do enjoy root beer. . so this is a great option if you feel like partaking in an alcoholic beverage. (I have to recommend a root beer float with this. Oh yes. Definitely give that a try for an indulgent drink.) 

Well, where am I going with this. . we combined some crafts and some beer and gave out this for Christmas. Easy and doesn't clutter up the gift-receivers house. So it's a perfect combo.

Speaking of recyclable. . . I'm saving my own root beer bottles to do a glass herb garden border this summer. Pics will follow when the threat of frost has passed. (if only I could find blue beer bottles. hmm.)

Happy New Year! Starting off my 2016 with some new goals. One of them to get a journal going so I can ramble and share more of my projects (many inspired by my pinterest pins) . . and many more of my cat photos. We all know the internet doesn't have enough cat photos, right? ;)
